Located in the Wall Street district of São Paulo (Brazil), the Nobu Hotel São Paulo will have a rooftop pool and bar, a space for events, a fitness and health center and 15,000 square meters of exclusive residences of Nobu Residences. This first property of Nobu Hospitality in Latin America promises an ambitious balance between business and lifestyle through an integrated mix of hotel, residences and restaurant.

Spain is another of the markets of great interest for this hotel chain. Accompanied by the Selenta Group company, Nobu will remodel the Torre Catalunya hotel so that its first hotel establishment in Barcelona will open in 2019.
The architect and designer David Rockwell will be in charge of devising the remodeling of the Gran Hotel Torre de Cataluña, which has 250 rooms and suites, as well as meeting rooms, event spaces and a restaurant.
